    I recently returned to Enterprise Car Sales as a repeat customer, and once again they proved why I keep coming back. My salesperson, Nathan Duran, set a whole new standard for customer service. He was patient, never pushy, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle — not just making a sale. Nathan gave me multiple options, encouraged me to take my time, and walked me through each choice with honesty and clarity. We test‑drove a couple of vehicles, and he answered every question without pressure or sales tactics. What impressed me most was how far he went to help me secure financing with a lower APR through a bank that fit my needs. That level of effort and integrity is rare. His personality, professionalism, and commitment to doing right by the customer made this experience exceptional from start to finish.     I recently made a purchase from enterprise car sales and I was completely satisfied with the entire seamless process. My sales person, Gerrand was excellent. This is the second car I have purchased from enterprise car sales. I am still driving my last car purchased from them which was 10 years ago and I will continue recommending this company to anyone!

    I regret to deliver food to this innocent customer and because of another car sales man named Tarry approaching me 2 weeks ago harassed me to buy my 2004 Chrysler Sabring for a trade in when I told him I have a 620 credit score and delivering for DoorDash. He said the car is an asset and $3000 for the trade in lies! Gave me this business card. I should’ve went with my gut feeling not to contact the sales man. Fast forward to Saturday and called him he not at his office. He’s off. Kool. Then return my call Monday and sound unprofessional. Don’t give me a “hay how are you” just hang up without saying bye. Wasted my precious time. I sent him documentations such as title to my car, driver license, bank statements and pay stubs. I put my sons SSI income, DoorDash income and along with school board income. I get the call saying I have to put $2000 down plus trade in. I told the sales man all I can do is $1000 down plus the trade in. Before he put the application in for me! Then dropped the school board for substitute because the income because it’s not consistent enough. When I cleared $1000 plus a week doing DoorDash! Then left me hanging saying the customer came before me when I deal with him all morning. Redid the application saying I have to put $2600! I was livid. This sales man been dragging his feet and act like he don’t want to help me no more! Soo I called the sales manager and put another hard inquiries on my credit report the next morning and didn’t return my call at all. She don’t need to be sales manager if you can’t follow up. I called she always in a meeting. This is worst location and the sales man don’t care about no one. This whole staff has no heart at all. I will call corporate. You will be dealt with. Don’t apply at this place because they have no heart!

    Got pre-approved for one car. But when I showed up they said I couldn’t get that car because they was holding that car for another couple. Sent me to 2-3 salesmen. After I left I get a call 3 hours later saying they ran my credit multiple times WITHOUT my permission for a car I didn’t want!!! Plus I asked what amount I got approved for but wouldn’t tell me just the type of car. Then I get another call but at this point I’m upset and don’t answer so he leaves a crazy voice mail on my phone!! I dont care if he called the wrong person… Stop calling customers from your cellphone and use your work phone!!

    I’m writing to share my experience from my recent car purchase on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Prior to visiting, I spent time researching options online to make the process as quick, stress-free, and straightforward as possible—for both myself and the salesperson. The day before, I had visited another dealership, but I wasn’t impressed. I came in with a specific vehicle and budget in mind, yet I felt like I was being pushed in a different direction, which ultimately led me to continue my search elsewhere. That was not the case at Enterprise Car Sales in Shreveport. From the moment I arrived, my salesman, Kenneth G. went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and satisfied with the options presented. He listened to what I wanted, allowed me to explore and test drive without pressure, and made the entire process simple and efficient. Most importantly, he was able to get me approved within my budget. After taking the car home, I did notice a small issue and reached out to him. KG and the managers, Jalen and Josh, responded quickly and handled the situation professionally and appropriately. I’m completely satisfied with how it was resolved and truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, Josh contacted me the following day after my purchase to follow up and make sure I was happy with my vehicle and to see if there was anything I needed. That extra step made the experience feel more personal and showed that they truly care about their customers—not just making a sale, but ensuring satisfaction even after you leave. I highly recommend KG and the Shreveport Enterprise Car Sales team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They made what can often be a stressful process smooth, easy, and enjoyable.
