Everytime I come there's an excuse why they can't do it, despite me calling ahead and asking if they're doing it that day. Today's excuse was vavoline has a policy they can't do it in bad weather. The current weather was cloudy. It had stopped raining over an hour before that, wasn't windy or anything. If you don't want to do inspections, then don't offer them and stop wasting people's time. Went down the road to red line express and they did it in under 10 min.
