    It seemed they weren’t fully familiar with some aspects of my Audi at first, but they were flexible and worked through it. I’m not sure all of the complimentary services were completed, but the team was very courteous.

    From the start, the CSR Steven greeted me with a smile, and even though it was almost closing time, he did not rush. Explained everything in detail, also gave a few good recommendations for my vehicle- all with a smile. Also Maddox & Aiden took care of all the necessary requirements to ensure that my oil change went smoothly, all with smiles. I really appreciate the fact that even though it was almost closing time, no one rushed or gave any attitudes. All 3 of the gentlemen are very great assets to Valvoline. This is the only location I’ve ever used since dealing with this company. Great customer service goes along way & I must say if I could give 100-star rating, I most definitely would. Great job guys & keep up the good work!!

    If you have a diesel truck PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE they broke a fuel line of my ford 250 and leave the other 2 lines lose of the fuel filter cap...I have to go to the for dealer cross the street to get the new fuel line and fix it so I can keep going
