Instead of checking over their work they assumed I had major issues going and told me it’s not their fault. Which it was in fact their fault per what my dealerships told me when they resolved the issue.t first time not going to my dealership and will not make the mistake again 0/10

I can stay in my car, which makes the whole process convenient, and they review everything with me before I leave. They check fluids, filters, tire pressure, and make sure everything is topped off. It feels like they care about safety, not just speed.

They didn't pressure me to buy extra services, they did recommend services needed. And the best I have ever encountered was as I was leaving the bay they all looked at me and waved and said thanks have a good day. Totally awesome! I may just drive all way across town just to go to this location.
