    went in about a week ago to get my oil changed and about two days later I was sitting at the gas station with my car park and whenever I took it out of park and drive my car to go backwards instead of Ford and my brakes weren't working and I had to turn my car off and then back on to get it to work again so of course I'm thinking something is completely wrong and I'll bring it to my dealership to have them look at it when Valvoline changed my oil and changed my filter. They put the filter in wrong as well as left another random filter just lying on top apparently because the filter was put in wrong. That's what caused my car to malfunction basically, I paid almost $100 to have to turn around and spend another 150 just to fix their mistake.

    We had the absolute best experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Fern Loop! Kelvin, Cam, Zacorria, and Lydarrien were all amazing, so kind, sweet, and genuinely helpful. They truly went above and beyond for our needs and even offered my mom and I water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Their customer service alone made our day! We felt welcomed, taken care of, and never rushed. We highly recommend coming here and will never go anywhere else for our oil changes again! If we could rate them more than 5 stars we definitely would! The best experience!!

    A-Team oil change experience. These folks are efficient without skipping double checks and that makes all the difference in my comfort level pulling away. They are friendly and helpful enough that I am comfortable with my teenage daughters taking their cars here alone.

    Brand new car and went to fern avenue valvoline and from time I arrive Garrett was very professional and informative. His co workers were very professional and so nice all of them spoke to me explaining everything to me . I recommend this location to everyone. Very professional staff and you don’t see that often

    Took my car in for a routine oil change, and it began leaking oil. I took it in to Valvoline to address the issue. Keactra put oil in the car, and I had to return two days later because my car was showing indicators of needing an oil change again. Keactra said she could see it was leaking oil, but was unsure of where it was leaking from. At this visit, she and another mechanic, were working underneath the car to address the issue. After taking the car to their (Keactra’s) referred mechanic, the mechanic found an oil leak underneath the car due to the oil house they replaced during my oil change. This has been an ongoing process, attempting to get reconciliation on a simple mistake Valvoline employees made. For months I have had to deal with Keactra’s unprofessional behavior (hanging up in my face), denying the claim, and refusing to take responsibility. As Keactra claims they never go underneath the car, but I have seen her go underneath the car on several occasions. It has cost time, money, and I have been severely inconvenienced without having my car. Avoid this Valvoline location, as their management is rude and mistakes are made and not corrected.
