- MBMickey BullockFeb 24, 20264.0I recently had my Jeep windshield replaced. The Tech and the installation was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the online experience. When I initially started the process the website wanted to charge me some exorbitant rate. The tax rate was over twice what it is in my area. I called back and was told to contact the local office and given a number. I tried but could not get anyone to answer so I called back and got someone in New York who was not helpful. He transferred me to what I thought was the local office.It was not. He transferred me to someone in Massachusetts. I live in Louisiana. When this rep finally transferred me to the local Office I got to speak to Ken. He was extremely helpful and we got the problem straightened out. The tech showed up on time to replace the windshield but found the window frame too rusted to replace it. I told him to hold the work order and I would replace the frame and call to reschedule. I did replace the frame and called to reschedule. Again I talked to Ken and he was very helpful. The appointment time was set and I got my windshield two days later. I would never deal with the online system again as it took me over 1 1/2 hours to get to someone local who could help me. I now have a local number that someone will answer and will deal with them directly.
