    This place has the most uncaring customer service I’ve experienced in recent memory. When my flight was diverted from DFW to Shreveport I booked a reservation with them over the phone for a one way rental to Houston so I could just drive home. Thinking I had a car waiting I left the TSA secure area and found the rental counter. There I was told they “don’t have any cars available” and that “availability is subject to the local agent”. Not sure what the point of speaking to a live person to reserve the car was then. I was then stranded outside TSA and had to find another way home. Please fix this so customers don’t have phantom reservations!

    I’ve rented from National exclusively over the last 6 years. I asked for an SUV out of the executive aisle. The car that they put me in was old and small. I asked for a bigger car and the front desk receptionist (lady) was very rude. I’ve never been to a national car rental with such bad cars and service. Three other people were attempting to switch cars and complaining outside.

    I made a reservation and gave flight details. The flight was 11 minutes late. It was the last flight of the day. When I arrived the counter was closed, leaving me and four other customers stranded. This situation completely defeats the purpose of giving flight information. I am disgusted and disappointed that someone could not wait 15 minutes to service customers that have a need and a reservation.
