    The intake and exit experience was excellent! Both persons behind the desk were polite and professional. Service was extremely quick, almost seamless and less than one minute. Our car was nearly new and so beautiful. We’re considering purchasing one.

    This place has the most uncaring customer service I’ve experienced in recent memory. When my flight was diverted from DFW to Shreveport I booked a reservation with them over the phone for a one way rental to Houston so I could just drive home. Thinking I had a car waiting I left the TSA secure area and found the rental counter. There I was told they “don’t have any cars available” and that “availability is subject to the local agent”. Not sure what the point of speaking to a live person to reserve the car was then. I was then stranded outside TSA and had to find another way home. Please fix this so customers don’t have phantom reservations!
