The service was prompt and the tech even brought my wheel to my truck and put it in the back for me. However when I returned home to reinstall, my aluminum rim was scratched and gouged in several places. I was planning to purchase my next set of Nitto tires here but I do not want my other three rims to be damaged. I would not recommend tire service here if you have nice aftermarket rims.
