  I cannot recommend this business enough! Mayree, especially, really saved the day! My husband had a bubble in his tire and couldn't locate the key to remove it but he was able to take it off and not only did the tire he ordered arrive, it came five days early! A few hours later, my husband's car had a brand new tire and oil change and I have a second favorite auto repair business;

  I have had to utilize their services twice for tire repairs. The customer service and efficiency is always a pleasure. Good workers and pricing. Jennifer Brown up at the front desk was especially helpful this time around.

  Such a great experience ☺️ I truly felt well taken care of , Jennifer and Stevie was a great help they both was very knowledgeable about everything I needed for my vehicle I will definitely be back for my car needs.

  If you’re on Bert Kouns and need your car serviced, go see Joshua at Mavis Tire. I went in for an oil change before work, and he handled it quickly and professionally. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just change my oil and send me on my way. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needs to stay properly maintained and gave me helpful advice about when to come back for tire service and other routine maintenance. There was no pressure or unnecessary upselling — just honest recommendations and solid customer service. It’s always good to deal with someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. I’ll definitely be back. If you stop by Mavis on Bert Kouns, ask for Joshua — he’ll take good care of you.
