Which in return delayed my hardship license and caused more money to be spent. Luckily, I was able to retrieve my vehicle with an IID after 8 hours, but Intoxalock doesn’t seem reliable customer service wise. Edit - Shortly after making this review, I received a phone call from Intoxalock with the intentions of one finding out what happened in a little more detail but also to see if they could make up for it on their end. And they ended up giving me a credit for the money spent. Along with that, the customer service was friendly and efficient.
