- TRTyler RichardsonDec 7, 20244.0Very disappointed, my device came in and it was not functional, the company that installed my device was trying to reach Intoxalock for hours and after finally reaching them, they said the device was a dud. Which in return delayed my hardship license and caused more money to be spent. Luckily, I was able to retrieve my vehicle with an IID after 8 hours, but Intoxalock doesn’t seem reliable customer service wise. Edit - Shortly after making this review, I received a phone call from Intoxalock with the intentions of one finding out what happened in a little more detail but also to see if they could make up for it on their end. And they ended up giving me a credit for the money spent. Along with that, the customer service was friendly and efficient.
