Then they called us to bring it back in when all the parts were on hand. Brought it in and have been waiting 6 weeks and they still say they are waiting on parts that were supposedly on hand before dropping it off in the first place... and they have no tracking to know when parts may come in. awful experience, would never bring another vehicle back.

I had to bring my vehicle back 4 times for the SAME issue something as simple as the door not shutting- which they literally could see and still called me to pick my car up every-time. Also, got my car back absolutely disgusting- left footprints and dust all over car. Do not waste your time, go somewhere else!!!

They Truly helped me every step of the way Mrs. Shannon and her entire staff were always available to answer any questions I had and really took the time to explain the whole process with me and my sisters. I know dealing with some people as-well as running a collision center is sometimes not an easy task, but The Gerber collision and Glass Center Located on Lynbrook Blvd., Shreveport, LA made it all possible through this journey. They are a very dedicated team that will go the extra mile to meet you and your families needs.
