  The most terrible body shop you could ever imagine. Brought the vehicle in where they pre-ordered all the parts . Then they called us to bring it back in when all the parts were on hand. Brought it in and have been waiting 6 weeks and they still say they are waiting on parts that were supposedly on hand before dropping it off in the first place... and they have no tracking to know when parts may come in. awful experience, would never bring another vehicle back.

  Shannon has horrible customer service 😒 I will never return are do anything dealing with this company she wants to argue for no reason and at the end of the day she still had to replace what I was asking for it wasn't her call not to replace it

  I truly enjoyed the interaction with this company! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I initially thought I only needed a wheel replaced but they were very thorough and noticed and fixed all the other issues. And the turnaround for repair was quick as well! There was one more detail that put the icing on the cake. They not only fixed my car but washed and cleaned the inside as well! I was amazed! Mrs. Martinez
