Customer Service over the top! That particular gave me the blues. I had to work to keep it straight; I had to keep it turned a little to the left. I received a text that suggest I text any problems and I did so several times with no response back.

The insurance company stated to call this location to get all the details and get a pick up scheduled, for the day needed. It sounded like the phone kept picking up and being put back on hold. I could be wrong, but that's along time with no answer at all.
