    This location on Quimper sucks. The staff never answer the phones. Always a 30 plus minute hold times to answer. Ive stood in line whole calling and the staff just look at the phone and silence it. DO BETTER

    Do not waste your time with this place. Had a reservation made in the morning for an afternoon pick up. Told the guy that I had to get a Ford in order to get reimbursed. They said no problem it can be done. Got there at 3:30 checked and told them the same thing. They had a truck but needs an oil change so I waited and waited and they told me 3 times they had some brand new cars at the other lot they were going to get and one was a Bronco and I could get it. It wasn’t until 5:30 when they decided to go get the oil change in the truck and give me that because they had no new Bronco. They finally come back around 6:15….. mind you they closed at 6… did the walk through go to pay and they said no debt card only credit. I was like I don’t have a credit card I only have a debit card, but you can swipe it for the full $600. 300 for the deposit and then 300 for the rental they said no that was not allowed so I got upset and went off because they would not let me get the vehicle after waiting there from 3:30 to 6:30 She offered a ride I said yes, walk outside. They locked the door behind me then refuse to give me a ride and left me stranded very unprofessional. Very rude. Do not recommend.

    Excellent Customer service. Ms K J and the staff makes sure that each customer is treated with respect. Always knowledgeable and willing to accommodate the customers needs. Will definitely come back and refer anyone to enterprise.

    Easy, fast, and great quality vehicles. Customer service is always an A+. What I also like about Enterprise is if you need the vehicle a little longer than expected. You can modify and extend through your phone, even if they are closed.
