There was a freak issue with my issued vehicle, when I called my rental location, my rental associate Did Not Hesitate to solve my problem. He did not delay my trip at all, calling for approvals … he made an immediate problem solving decision … and had me on my way within 5 minutes of my return !! I made it to my very special event on time as though Nothing negative had happened !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Enterprise Rental … I have been a rental customer with them since they began, and I have Never had a negative situation that they have not been able to circumvent and keep me on schedule. This level in Service Excellent is Rare in this world today!!!! I have never received anything less than Excellent Service with this company !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 STARS !!!
