My experience was truly amazing! The customer service was impeccable from the first phone conversation with Kylan, to the moment I signed my contract. Jamie worked extremely hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted, and her customer service was the best I’ve had in many years. The finance manager Miriam, was very personable and kind. I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional and disrespectful experience my husband had at Enterprise Car Sales. Prior to arriving at the dealership, a female representative communicated to him over the phone that he could bring in $2,900 to move forward with the vehicle purchase. However, when he arrived with the exact amount discussed, the terms were suddenly changed without clear explanation. This was extremely frustrating and misleading. To make matters worse, the representative left my husband waiting while she assisted another customer and never returned to properly finish their conversation. That lack of courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. She also failed to disclose important details over the phone, such as what the monthly payments would be, yet instructed him to go ahead and put insurance on the vehicle. She even provided the VIN number for a vehicle he had not purchased and encouraged him to add insurance coverage before any paperwork was finalized. When he arrived expecting to complete the process, the staff was dismissive, nonchalant, and disrespectful. In the end, my husband did not even leave with a vehicle, only frustration and disappointment. The entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish, and the level of communication and professionalism we experienced was completely unacceptable.

I can confidently say that my experience with Mohammad at Enterprise was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, and honestly, nothing else even comes close. From start to finish, Mohammad went above and beyond in every possible way. He was knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision.
What truly set Mohammad apart was his professionalism mixed with a personal touch—he never made me feel rushed, pressured, or like “just another customer.” He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explain all options clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Car buying is usually something people dread, but Mohammad completely changed that perception for me.
If every Enterprise employee operated at the level Mohammad does, the car-buying process would be something people actually look forward to. He is a true asset to Enterprise, and I will 100% be returning and recommending him to anyone I know. This experience raised the bar so high that it will be extremely hard for any future experience to match it.
