  We had the best experience today we had a issue with a part that was purchased..Anjanette assisted us and provided the best customer service and got us taken care of we will be shopping at AutoZone always for any auto needs!

  Nicole (the manager) is exactly the kind of person you’d hope to encounter in any customer service based experience. We had an issue with some pieces being broken during the replacement of our battery and she addressed the problem immediately and made sure it was being taken care of. As someone that works in guests services and has seen how some management can push issues to the side, I can say I was thoroughly impressed with the level of genuine care that was shown through her actions. 10/10 for the guest service alone!

  I visited the AutoZone located at 321 Kings Highway today and asked an employee, Leland Powell, for assistance with checking my dipstick. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. Mr. Powell responded in a way that felt dismissive and spoke to me in a manner that came across as disrespectful and condescending. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism when asking for help. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers have a more positive experience.

  I use a lawnmower battery in my moped. I went to check the charge life at Auto Zone on Kings Hwy, Feb 10. But it was stuck in the compartment so Ms Trameka came out to check it for me. It had good battery life so I realized I needed a spark plug instead. She sold me the correct one so I’m riding and still able to get to work! THANK YOU to Trameka D for being very courteous and professional.
