She came outside and retrieve the battery out of my vehicle, brought it back inside and checked it to make sure it was good, and she printed up all the prices of the batteries that would be compatible with my vehicle. She was very pleasant and did not rush me or give me the feeling that I was bothering her, which I have received in the past. Thank you very much. Ms Tyra

I’ve been a customer here for years and these are some of the worse employees I have come across. Michelle is one of the worst examples of an autozone employee that you can have. She screams at her coworkers and always acts as if she is busy. When all she does is sit on her cell phone and text. I have never seen this lady doing any kind of work. I came in the store and she screamed for someone to come to the front and help when she clearly was not busy. She needs to be fired immediately and this Ethan guy always has an attitude or a weird look on his face when I ask for help every time I come there, he is outside taking a smoke break. How many smoke breaks does autozone allow? 20?!! If they are allowing that many I need to quit my job and start working at autozone.
