  My husband and I Drove in to get my oil changed in Ruston, La. Service started off good and ended horribly in a sense.. I have a 2020 honda accord with no problems… as the techs were servicing my car we were waiting inside the car .. didn’t take long to get done, as they were finishing up and having us to crank up .. all of the lights in my dash came on and stayed on, my husband asks what did you do all of these lights weren’t on when we drove in here? The tech says I didnt do anything… payment girl comes out to take the payment and the tech still doesnt acknowledge or try to ho retrace his steps to see why this is happening… my car is saying dont drive with excessive acceleration and all types of stuff… after paying we pulled over to the side to try to figure this out, no one tried to help . So we drove off and went down the road to QT and my husband looks the car over again, got out his code reader and goes under the hood to retrace the techs steps… only to find he had unplugged my mass air flow sensor when checking my filter… so we go back to speedee to let them know we weren’t just making up stuff.. the manager was outside and my husband proceeded to let him know what had taken place.. he apologized but there was no offers to do anything else, cut some of the price, give a refund , or do anything to make us return again…. Needless to say we wont be back

  Had never thought of this place before but needed an alignment on short notice. From the moment I walked through the door I knew I made the right choice and would be a repeat customer. They have the most friendly staff I’ve ever dealt with and the lady behind the counter was the best. Every staff member that passed by was polite and greeted me and the guy that did my alignment kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very nice. This is a gem of a business because this type of treatment is not the norm when it comes to vehicle work.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience at SpeeDee yesterday! The staff was courteous and worked so quickly, they got the job done in maybe 10 minutes and I was on my way. Plus their prices are very affordable. I was so impressed, especially after spending an hour and a half and almost double the price at the dang Valvoline in Bossier. Highly recommend them for a quick oil change!!
