All of the other employees here were courteous, helpful and kind as well. If you ever have to choose between Alexandria and Ruston, please choose Ruston. It’s the difference between outstanding and slum.

I had two reservations in one day and traveled 60 miles twice in one day only to be told that you didn’t have any cars available for rent. It’s all first come first serve at this place and they have several people waiting for a car to be returned and from what I read on the reviews they are not even servicing the cars in between customers. Another thing too…TO YOU…Enterprise in Ruston, Louisiana … You need ventilation and air fresheners in your tiny building. It reeks of crap in there! It’s disgusting. 🤢 I will be calling the Federal Trade Commissioner’s office tomorrow to file a report against this particular location.
