I waited in the office for a full hour before one was returned and prepared and was not shown any courtesy-even after this required me to miss an important meeting for work. After getting the vehicle, there were so many service warnings, I.e. low tire pressure, service check,, oil change due… Within the 40 hours before my rental return was due, I received 9 phone calls, 3 voicemails, 4 text messages, and 2 emails from the local Enterprise about returning the rental. Even after I called to tell them that I was aware of the return date and asked to stop being harassed, I received two more phone calls and a voicemail. I’m aware that the service industry is a tough job. I worked as a server for six years and have continued to work with the public for six more years, so I am very mindful and respectful. This experience has been absolutely terrible. I will continue to let people know not to use this service location if possible.

Black car was dripping wet making it hard to see defects so upon return of course I was blamed for two dents on roof. Then when I picked up it had 1/4 tank returned with 1/4 and was charge a fuel charge of 1.2 gallons. Also staff is rude!!!! Never using them again

We flew into Ruston, LA and got an Uber to the Enterprise office because they inspired very little confidence when I asked them to schedule a pickup from the airport. When I got to Enterprise, they didn't have any cars available. Whatever....I figured I would just Uber to the hotel and Uber back once it was ready. I stayed 2 nights and called Enterprise multiple times and NEVER got a car. Huge embarrassment with my customer. That's the short version. Now, I've called corporate multiple times to file a complaint and have yet to receive a response. They just don't care AT ALL. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
