I have an electric vehicle which sets its own challenges for repair but they got the job done and the work is perfect. Panel gaps are great, paint match is perfect and you can't tell anything ever happened. Further, along the way, Justin, the service manager provided high communication throughout the process so I was never left guessing where my care was along the repair process and he gave me reasonable and accurate time estimates, not just trying to placate me off the phone. Amy who works in the customer service area also went above and beyond to make sure that all the details of my repair process when smoothly and she and Justin are both a pleasure to do business with. I don't know the name of the technician who did my repairs but his work is excellent and I couldn't be happier. All this to say, if you have the unfortunate pleasure of having to work with a body shop, don't hesitate to give these guys your business. They are top notch.

Even after all that time, the vehicle was not fixed completely. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop if you’re looking for timely service and a proper repair.
