A lady answered the phone and said please hold. Put me on hold for 30 mins until I hung up. Never returned to the phone nor was a call returned. I find this very unprofessional especially when I’m a new customer offering my business.

The front passenger floorboard was flooding with water every time it rained. I took it back to shop after Gerber Collision bought it. The Manager, Paul, took it back in with no hassles or issues and repaired issue free of charge. No more water getting into Jeep now. Saved me over $900 from having to bring to dealership for repair.
