- LDLittle DesteryDec 8, 20251.0Went in for an Oil change, quickly learned just because im a woman they thought i had no knowledge in cars, i was asked “have you ever looked under your hood before?”. I paid and i left, when i got home i was looking at the receipt, and had a few questions as to why it shows 3 different oil prices and a “upgrade” i didnt ask for or was asked if i wanted it. I then spoke to 3 different people and was talked about like they muted themselves and didnt. The way they were also talking to eachother trying to figure this out was unprofessional as well. I was told the “big boss man.” Would call me back as soon as he stepped back into the office and i never got a call back. So do with that as you wish.
