She is a huge asset to Enterprise and will do amazing things in her lifetime.

She was alone and busy but made us all feel that she was there just for us. Very organized, friendly and efficient. I have never had a more thorough walk around of vehicle or better explanations! She is the best!

When I returned, no vehicle was available due to service delays that were later acknowledged to have been ongoing all day. I was then redirected to the Siegen location, where I was told there would be an additional hour wait for the same issue. As a frequent customer, this was disappointing. Better communication and proactive planning could have avoided the inconvenience.
