- WRWANDA RACHALMar 26, 20243.0Update: They have made it right. I have updated the rating to 3 stars. We will see how things continue. This has been the worst experience. Sent the wrong device to the installer. Kept scheduling appointments, canceling them and sending threatening emails and calls telling me that I missed my appointment. Even after it had been installed 2 days, still getting calls and emails saying I missed my appointment. Can't sign the lease on the app or the website. Keeps spinning saying processing for hours. I have had one before. The 1st time was court ordered this time is just to get my license. They had both accounts mixed up and it wouldn't allow me to log in. Everytime I called someone told me he would check and call back but never called back. This has been the worst experience ever. The first time wasn't bad, but this time is the worst.
