- MHMadi Hartenstein3 days ago1.0I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt of this location, but I live local, and frequent this place. However, I will not be coming back because of the multiple times I’ve come recently and was met with the rudest customer service. last week (Wednesday) around 9:30 PM, I attempted to open the door and the lady closed it back in my face and locked it and waved her finger in my face, and said, “Nuh uh, you going have to get up out here”. I came today around the same time tonight (Monday) walked in to grab a drink, there was an employee standing in front of the drink cooler with a mop bucket, which seemed to be the same lady from previously. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and muttered something as I turned around and walked right out. Theres also always something going wrong with this location, so many broken pumps, overfilled trash cans, half of the frozen drink machines don’t work, the swirl world is almost always down or “being cleaned” . Not worth stopping here ever again.

I recommend another racetrac location or another gas station if you don't want agitated faculty members arguing for tiny reasons.

Came here with my bf to get a cigar and the cashier mumbled something about that they were out of the wood tip he wanted but had the plastic . My bf barely had a second to think about if he wanted it before she got rude and huffy and started talking to the people behind us. We felt rushed and just settled for the plastic. Keep in mind, we were barely there for 2 minutes for the whole transaction.

I gave it 3 stars because many times I have to go inside to get a receipt, and a lot more times they have no paper, washer fluid (sometimes plain water!) and messed up or no squeegees near the pump. Sometimes the fluid reservoir is too low to wet the squeegee!
