- ODOpey DavisOct 12, 20251.0At first Terrible...they installed my interlock system and now my left head light and rear left light isn't working. Also didn't know how to use the the system and couldn't instruct me on how to use it... got a violation the next day do to the fact i left my truck running in my driveway to seat belt my grandson... and didn't know about the second test after starting it. After speaking to a intoxalock representative they helped me get into a mechanic shop to fix my issue's and also reimbursed me for my lock out. Great response and I appreciated the help in resolvingmy issues. Ok after not being able to use my truck for another month Intoxalock has denied my repair cost and I quote " They are not responsible for damages do by the installers " which they sent me to. This has cost me over $1300 in repairs.
