  I received service here yesterday. I purchased 4 new tires and brought them here to be put on. After paying $155 for my service, I get home to realize that each one of my rims is scratched in a circular motion all the way around the rim. There is grease as noticed in the images which I did manage to clean off but I am referring to the white scratches seen in the photos. It does not come off and it's etched into each rim. I decided to call and let them be aware that I noticed this. The owner tells me that one of my rims was scratched from driving on the road. I told him yes it was that was my doing and has been there for a long time. That was NOT what I was referring to though. I was referring to the white scratches all over each rim on my car. He said the lubricant they use can cause marks on the rims. I again told him not the lubricant marks but the scratches from his machine he used and I was not made aware. He told me to send him pictures and we would go from there. I sent pictures. No response. Hours later I asked if my pictures were received, no response. Still as of today no response or phone call. The least you could do is acknowledge that you are at fault. My car only has 35k miles on it. It may not seem like a big deal to you but I only had one noticeable mark on my rim prior to coming to you for service and now every rim on my car is scratched throughout the whole rim. You should be liable for doing so and make it right. Instead I am ignored and paid $155 only to have my vehicle damaged. If you want to properly run your business then you should take fault and make things right with a customer. I will definitely bring my business elsewhere in the future and would recommend anyone reading this review to do so also if you take good care of your vehicle and want it to remain that way! Edit after owners response: I plan to still keep my review the same as I originally posted because I sent a message to the number you provided and also to the number I spoke to you on the phone with. No response. I will take care of the damage myself because I don't feel comfortable with someone who doesn't take responsibility to begin with to take care of it. I hope this prevents this from happening to other people in the future!

  I came here after my tow truck driver (Aaron’s Towing) recommended them, and I’m so glad I listened! The driver had just changed my tire and asked where I was planning to go to get my tire repaired– I said probably Walmart Auto. He told me about Hwy 22 Discount Tire and Wheels instead, saying he’d just passed by there and there was no wait, plus he’d had an amazing experience with them himself. He handed me their business card and I figured, why not? It’s a newer business, and I love supporting small businesses when I can. I had a flat tire (riding on my spare) and needed it patched. Jeff was the only one on-site at the time, and he was fantastic! Super chill, very professional, and had such a positive attitude – exactly what I needed. He handled everything with care and attention, and I honestly thought he was the owner because of how dedicated and on top of things he was. From a customer’s POV, Jeff truly has an owner’s mindset when it comes to customer service and the way he runs the company when the owner is not around is something to be very, very proud of!! He absolutely deserves a shout out and a pat on the back!!! If you’re in Ponchatoula and find yourself in a situation such as mine, and don’t want to sit around waiting all day – head to Hwy 22 Discount Tire and Wheels!
