We reserved a car 4 months in advance because we needed a large SUV AND THE MORNING WHEN WENT TO PICK UP OUR TRUCK, WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO SUVs AVAILABLE, WE WERE SUPPOSE TO GET ON THE HIGHWAY FOR 11am AND DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 3pm BECAUSE WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO LOCATE A TRUCK, THEY HAD TO PICK IT UP FROM DENHAM SPRINGS WHICH TOOK 2.5 HOURS!! AND THEN THE MANAGER SHOWED NO REMORSE FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE! IT WAS 8 OF US, THAT HAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND ALL HAVE SAID THAT THEY WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THE ENTERPRISE IN PLAQUEMINE AGAIN
