When I asked about different color options, something the website didn’t offer, I was directed to Aisle 2, where I found the correct item in the color that matched my vehicle. I returned to the counter and requested a simple exchange. Despite clearly stating that I wanted an exchange, not a refund, the staff proceeded with a refund anyway, without my consent. I had used $15 in rewards on my original online purchase, which I did not get back. I walked out empty handed and frustrated. What should’ve been an easy exchange became an unnecessary hassle. Disappointed in how the situation was handled.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
