Went to try FatBurger & I waited nearly 20 minutes and got told "we don't even know if we have the food you're asking for." When i got my food my chicken was cold & tasted absolutely disgusting like raw. Wasted $20 dollars.
- UKUMUT KAPLANMar 19, 20261.0I just got to Pilot #1347 in Pearl River, LA. Tried to book a shower in the app, but it was down and said to do it in-store. I went inside and waited in line. When the cashier saw I wanted a shower, they closed the register and ignored me. Then they told me to come back in 20 minutes. I did, and they told me to come back again. Super frustrating for drivers who need these facilities after long hours. This place is really disorganized. Because of this, I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’ll get diesel at Pilot #388, 150 miles north. If you’ve got 20 gallons or more in your truck, go there instead. I wouldn’t stop at this location. Really disappointing.
