I really didn't want to make this post, but it just agitates me the more and more when I think about it. 11/18/25 it was right at closing just needed 2 stroke oil and as soon has I get out my truck thinking they may still help me real quick nope one of their employees hurries up and locks the door in my face and turns around and laughs with his other employees about the fact that he just locked the door in my face. He could have opened the door and said sorry we are closed and forgot to lock the door or hey can we help you real quick but no just thought it was funny to lock the door in my face. So the next morning 11/19/25 I showed up at 7am and the manager opened up the door I asked if anyone from the night before was there and he said no but he was there because the night before they we're getting ready to have a managers meeting. So all the managers where there while their employees are locking the door in a customer face and laughing about it. That manager did apologize and I did apologizeto him for cursing at him on the phone the night before just so happens he answered the phone after i left the night before. But its just the fact of knowing all the managers where there and thats how customers get treated. Im not the best customer there but I do spend a good little amount there.

- IIIsraelSep 13, 20251.0Made a order on Saturday in the store got the receipt so waiting till Monday to go in for them to say wait longer then Wednesday came in and they don’t have my sensor on order show them the receipt and manager has to reorder it and now it’s Saturday and still have no sensor keep in mind I paid 7 days ago for the sensor that was supposed to take a day or two poor training :(

The young guy at the counter quickly said “oh if you didn’t see it, we don’t have it. try pep boys”. 2 star because he didn’t do anything to help, but he did give good advice; this particular location never has what I need (or just can’t find it).
