- TGTony GuillorySep 27, 20221.0Once dropping my truck off for routine oil change and tire rotation. I marked one of my tires just to see if the shop would really rotate the tires. When picking my truck I noticed the mark on the tire was in the same spot. I had to notify the shop manager and ask him to please rotate my tires cause that’s what I was charged for. After he seen that I marked my tires and they were in the same spot, he quickly rotated the tires. I will be marking my filters and tires from now on, just to make sure that I get what I paid for. I was not pleased with my service.
