- EBEvelyn BoydNov 12, 20255.0I went into the store for some starting issues when it started tp get cold. It was forst thing in the morning, but the staff was all very friendly and ready to go above and beyond to help me. They brought a machine out to my car and was able to determine that the issue was my battery. Then they even installed my new battery for me! They asked if i needed any other help and i told them not unless they could tell me why my check engine light was on. Thats when they told me they had a machine for that too! I cant believe how friendly both of the guys i dealt with were and how much they did to help me. I will definitely be back when i need things in the futre, and highly recommend to my friends, family, and coworkers. Great job guys and thanks again!
- CRCarolyn RobersonAug 19, 20251.0It started outside the store, that's where two associates were, smoking, as were walking in first thing the guy says to me, what did u call me, I knew he was picking, I didn't call u anything I wear my mask everywhere, second thing he ask was I sick,no I'm protecting myself, he made a couple mo lil snide remarks, he told me prices for a started n I left immediately, to keep my composure, cause I was about to turn on him, I came back and the other associate was there, I delt wit him he was a lil nicer, that bothered me to my soul, next time I'll bring my husband with me!😡 this was in west Carroll
