- KMKristin McGalliardApr 6, 20263.0Service here was way too slow. I had an appointment for 11oclock to get 4 new tires. That’s it, no alignment or anything additional. There was only 1 car in the shop when I arrived. I was told it would take an hour to a hour and half at most, but it would most definitely be done by 12:30. Instead i did not leave until 12:45. It should not take this long for 4 tires, especially when you can see the workers who are working on your car and the guy is out there goofing off and taking entirely too long. The only reason it got finished when it did was because I started asking questions and complaining about the time when 12:30 was approaching. Not happy with the service and how long this took when there was no reason for the delay.
