The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges. Most importantly, the work on my vehicle was done efficiently and correctly, and I felt confident driving my car after the repairs. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future automotive needs. - JBJacinta BazanacApr 2, 20261.0I recently visited the Goodyear location in New Orleans East to have the tires on my Jeep Wrangler balanced and rotated. My tires are only two years old, all-terrain, and still have good tread.. Unfortunately, the service I received was very disappointing. The technician at the desk, Alex, firmly told me that Goodyear would not be able to service my Jeep and insisted that I needed to purchase two brand new tires. I even asked if they could simply rotate the tires, but that request was refused as well. As a female customer, the interaction left me feeling as though I was being pushed to purchase new tires unnecessarily rather than being helped with the service I requested. Because of this experience, I had to visit another Goodyear location for assistance. I hope Goodyear reviews this situation so that customers are treated fairly and provided the service they come in for.
