  I came to New Orleans a week after Mardi Gras. Honestly the day I came in, I was having a horrible day. I came in 20 minutes late and Joe and Shawn assisted me. Everything from their demeanor and communication was everything I needed to turn my day around. They had drop offs and an interviewee waiting. While I waited about 25-30 minutes, their entire team made sure to keep me looped in and offered water, ask about my day/plans and offered local recommendations (we went to biscuits and buns right after). Not every business day runs smooth, but I wanted to give a shout out to my memorable experience months later. You really never know who will walk through your door and the team is excellent. Truly set the tone for the remainder of my trip just in our interaction- thank you!

  I’m a long-time Enterprise customer, but my recent experience at the Canal St location in New Orleans was unacceptable. I made a reservation online and specifically called ahead to confirm I could rent with a debit card and out-of-state license. The phone rep said yes. When I arrived, the counter agent told me store policy doesn’t allow it. That’s frustrating, but the real issue was her attitude. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and rude. She loudly stated “We don’t accept debit cards” in front of other customers, then suggested I “take a bus or train to Houston” since I couldn’t rent there. She mentioned the airport location takes debit cards but made no effort to call them or assist. When I said I’d call Enterprise for clarity, she sarcastically replied, “Call who?” I ended up paying $60 for an Uber to my original destination and then to the airport location. There, the staff were courteous, professional, and had me checked in and on my way in 10 minutes. The contrast between locations was stark. The Canal St agent’s behavior doesn’t match the service I’ve come to expect from Enterprise over the years. Policies can differ, but rudeness and sarcasm should never be policy. Hope to see service improvements at Canal St. The airport team showed me how it should be done.

  I had an excellent experience with Jo’Juan and Joe at Enterprise - apologies if I misspelled your names. They were incredibly helpful in assisting me with a last-minute rental reservation over Easter weekend—availability can be very limited. Jo’Juan was especially thorough and detailed in explaining the reservation process and setting clear expectations to ensure the best possible outcome. Thanks to their professionalism and outstanding customer service, I was able to travel home for the holidays without any further delays. I’m truly grateful for their support and would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of reliable service.

  I had a fantastic experience here, especially after an already hectic day of travel. From the moment we arrived, the team made everything easy and stress-free. They offered us water right away and helped us seamlessly get checked in for our rental car. A special thank you to Hussain and his team for going truly above and beyond.
