    Literally just Went inside to ask for directions because I’m from out of town. The front desk lady said and I quote “that’s a stupid question” “this is enterprise garage” I’m not sure how me not parking in your garage hinders someone from giving directions in a town they are from. What a terrible attitude to have with customers.

    We picked this rental agency as it appeared to be the best-rated one in town. Although the lady at the desk is friendly and trying her best, we've been waiting for more than 3 hours for a car and still no progress. Very disappointed by the lack of support from management to proactively mitigate the issue.

    I paid a lot for this rental and the car they gave me was pretty junky, with 60,000 miles and lots of scratches and dings. One of the letters on the back of the car were missing and it was embarrassing to drive around in a rattly Ford ES_APE!

    Nothing better than having a confirmed reservation to pick up a car tomorrow morning and getting a call saying that they’re overbooked so it’s going to be canceled and then being hung up on. When you try and call back, nobody answers and they close in 30 minutes. Sketch!
