  We had a reservation and was assured we would have a car upon arrival. That was not the case. Then instead of good service, these people seem to deliberately be as slow as they can and truly act like they don’t care. It truly tests one’s patience when having to deal with establishments or even people like this. The reservation issue is a flaw in Enterprise’s structure, but then the staff was no All-Star team. And definitely didn’t help the situation.

  Horrible horrible experience. Car had a really strong smell in the vents and on the seats. Smell got on our clothes and bags. Made me nauseous and gave me a constant headache. Asked repeatedly if we could exchange the car via text and phone call but nobody would help. Staff at this location were dismissive and rude. Never renting with enterprise again. Returned car on April 4th, still no acknowledgment of receipt of the car. They said they wouldn’t charge us to remove the smells as it wasn’t out fault, here’s hoping they follow through. This is an update to my review. I still have no acknowledgment of receipt to returning the car and no response to the smell in the car and extremely poor customer service. I have reached out to the enterprise chat twice and I have called and spoken to Dwight at the location who confirmed that I would get a response in writing, but nothing. It’s been SEVEN days since I returned it as it’s now April 11th. This is the WORST car hire experience I have ever had. Never again. Update number three - been almost two weeks and no receipt from enterprise. Truly the worst experience ever.

  Best car rental spot in the city. The cars are in immaculate condition. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make the whole rental experience easy and pleasant. Shout out to Dwight. He's simply amazing.

  These guys are great. The Canal St., Enterprise didn’t have a car for us, but Dwight did. He was super helpful in making our vacation go as planned. Daniel made the check-in process quick and was so friendly! Highly suggest this Enterprise location!!! Thanks again team!!!
