They succeeded in talking me into a cabin air filter replacement after crumpling my current one, which cost $60. They then proceeded to put it in somehow incorrectly. The tech gave me a screw from the air filter location and said it wasn’t necessary. Since then, whenever I turn my air on, my car loudly whistles. I came here for a quick oil change that was not worth the expense and trouble it cost me.
