All of the employees are respectful and they do the job fine but the manager has consistently been rude to me for no reason the last 3 times I've been there. Two different employees literally apologized to me about it the last two times I was there and another time my girlfriend witnessed it and was appalled. I don't know the manager's name or what his problem is but he's a taller, white, husky middle aged man and he's got a serious attitude problem like he's doing me a favor every time I come get my oil changed here. If the manager at my business talked to my customers the way this manager has repeatedly spoken to me I would fire him on the spot. I'll never get my oil changed here again.
