  Good company, very helpful people at the counter. Signage to find this downtown location is non existent. Google takes you to the correct building, but, the Sixt location is in the back valet line, which from the street looks like an alley. Took me 15 minutes to find it after circling the block 2x, the valet manager told me how to get there. When you call the number, you do not reach the counter, you reach customer service, after MANY prompts and requests to speak German. Once there everything was great.

  The worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company. Someone backed into our rental in the French quarter (they admitted it was their fault) and the radiator was busted. Its currently Mardi gras and the cops had to tow it right away as it was on a one way street. Sixt demanded that I wait for them to pick up the car or I wouldn't get a replacement car. It would be impossible for me to deny the cops removing the vehicle from obstructing traffic. I gave them the info of the tow company, where it was towed and the police report confirming i was not at fault. Customer service is AI and off shore, they refused to do anything to help us and wouldn't refund us and would review potentially getting us a car in the next 72 hrs. We'll be flying out before that. Awful company, awful experience. Do not rent from them. They'll leave you stranded

  I got Scammed! Was provided a faulty car. I had an insurance claim for a cracked windshield which was paid by the insurance. On the same trip the car had a worn tire which I had to change mid trip in 100 degree heat. This tire and vehicle was supplied by Sixt. Not my fault! Sixt put the tire on the insurance claim which the insurance company would not cover. So Sixt Claims Management sends me a $336 bill. I tried to explain them the situation and they still would not erase the bill. I even have a letter apologizing for the situation from the branch I rented from. What a crap company! I will never rent from them again!!!!!

  I am currently fighting for my money back these people are scammers they’re charging me 200$ for a $30 ticket that I’ve provided proof for. They only refunded me $45 from the $200. I have completed a BBB AND FTC COMPLAINT!!!!!!

  Horrible Horrible service the 2 women at the front desk was nice but the service as cleaning and waiting in cars is so horrible been waiting 1 hour and they not even packed been booked in advance got here and the car was not ready had to wait long time
