It turned out that we picked up a screw in that tire. Fred at Goodyear was amazing. He put the spare on and made sure that we had the correct amount of air pressure in all four tires, in a short amount of time. Thank you Fred!!!

Luther is a God send and I was very excited to see that he was there and advising me as to the needs of my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and genuinely cares about pleasing the customers. The service manager and the other workers were very courteous and friendly. The store, waiting and restroom area was clean and the amenities offered met my satisfaction.
