  Had to wait for a car to arrive. Had to fill it up with gas. That was the first time that ever happened. We have dealt with enterprise for years. Never had any problems. Good company to do business with.

  We had a reservation to pick up a vehicle at Avis in downtown New Orleans, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. When we arrived, they told us the vehicle wasn’t available and that we would have to wait over an hour. When I explained that we didn’t have that kind of time, the response was basically, “There’s nothing we can do.” The customer service was poor, and it was made very clear that they didn’t care whether we rented from them or not. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Avis or Budget. Thankfully, Enterprise Rent-A-Car in downtown New Orleans was only about a 10-minute walk away, so we decided to try our luck there. Unfortunately, they also didn’t have a vehicle immediately available. However, that’s when we met Shawn — and he completely turned our day around. Shawn went above and beyond to help us. Instead of just telling us there were no cars available, he took the initiative to call around to other locations until he found a vehicle for us. He arranged the reservation himself, and within about 10 minutes we were on our way to pick up the car. He handled everything with professionalism and a genuine smile. Shawn’s dedication, problem-solving, and positive attitude made all the difference. If you need to rent a car in downtown New Orleans, skip Avis and Budget and go straight to Enterprise. Ask for Shawn — they will truly take care of you.

  Unbelievable customer service from Hussain! This man bent over backwards for me today! I was having a rather Kate McAllister kind of day. Flights changing, cancelations and absolute chaos while I am attempting to get home to my sons! Mr. Moosvi was also having a day for all the same reasons. People were not nice to him when he was trying his best to help everyone! He was also manning the phones and helping his coworkers. It was absolute chaos. A snow storm shutting down the east coast, airports are closing, and it is Sunday at noon, this was one of the only open Enterprise locations in the city. Hussain was calm and productive amid all of the insanity. He got me on the road quickly and in the car that worked best for me! This man made an Enterprise customer out of me for life! He is destined for big things.

  Visited New Orleans for Halloween weekend. Due to low staff, two of our cars were not ready for pick up. As a whole, our group forfeited 400 plus dollars on our swamp tour tickets and experience. I provided my phone number and email, I was told I would be called by the manager for compensation/store credit and I was not. The group in front of me had to wait 1.5 hours for their car. You would think they would be prepared at the end of a holiday weekend. Unreliable enterprise location

  We've had plenty of car rental experiences in New Orleans over the years, and from now on, this Enterprise at 1939 Canal Street will be our go-to. It was the most efficient and expedient experience we've ever had renting a car. The staff working with us on our vehicle pickup and return were polite, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Hussain M. handled our return and was particularly helpful and gracious. Excellent customer service. We can't recommend them enough.
