NOTE - Under new management so I highly recommend giving them a chance. The manager is amazing and I know all issues will be fixed soon.
Visited from Canada and rented a car for 2 days. Asked for a non smoking car (assumed they all were anyway) but when I received the car, it smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, the windshield wash fluid was low, and the car notification for “needing service” kept popping up. The windshield was also filthy on the inside, the trunk had peanut shells in it, and a croc shoe was in the backseat still. Didn’t seem very cleaned! I was very disappointed when I returned the next day. I then spoke with the manager and he was very accommodating. I will now always make sure to go through the car myself when picking up, but the service was exceptional. Car got me from A to B so can’t complain too much!

The day of my reservation, the crew was late opening the office. Several clients were in line waiting. Finally they began processing clients. They told me there was only one SUV and it wasn't cleaned. I said I would wait for it to be cleaned since we needed the car for 5 days. After a considerable wait, they offered me a pickup truck since the SUV still wasn't ready. Why didn't they show up early to prepare the cars for opening time? Finally the SUV was ready although still wet from the washing. I looked the car over and noticed a strange smell....it was a smoker. Since it was the only SUV available, we took it and breathed the odor for 5 days. The office needs a supervisor who cares to put out a good product and actually provide a good experience for the clients. Not a good experience!

Really friendly staff, but they didn't have a car for me after I'd reserved online. I get the sense the problem is with the online reservation system, not the nice folks at this location, but either way it was really disappointing to be turned away only after arriving at the office at pickup time. This really threw our vacation plans, but we were able to find a really well reviewed local business to rent from and had a great experience there.
