Even after completing the pre-check-in process, I still had to wait an excessively long time to receive my vehicle, which made the pre-check-in feel pointless. The car I was given was dirty inside, which is unacceptable for a rental. On top of that, I was never provided a receipt, making it difficult to review or confirm the charges. The biggest issue was the vehicle’s condition—it clearly had not received a proper oil change, and I had to stop and fill it up multiple times during my rental. Overall, this location showed poor customer service and vehicle maintenance. I would not recommend renting from this Enterprise unless significant improvements are made.

I called enterprise claims department and opened a claim letting them know I had pics of the car before I even used the car and they never asked for said photos. A month later i received a letter the claim was closed with no other information about my refund. Contacted enterprise claim department for my refund and was told the refund had to be processed by the branch i rented the car from. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. * i received my $300 back 2 months later.

It is something so many corporate places are missing. Too many companies care more about volume and money than they care about service.
