Just keep that in mind when you book a vehicle. A vehicle booked online for a morning pickup may not be available until the afternoon. As this online booking 'glitch' happens often with every rental agency, I've come to expect it. If you need a vehicle in the morning, book it for pickup the day before. If you anticipate, you won't be surprised.

Friendly staff, easy access to the 90 to reach I-10, reliable vehicles and quick pick up/drop off.

He ensured we didn't get overcharged for our oversight and that we left with all our things.

I was late bringing the car back and she waited on me by herself to make sure I could return the car and not get charged another day. That is great customer service. She was so kind to even turned the car around to make sure I didn’t forget my charger! She cared and I appreciate that. I hope every enterprise has an employee like Haile! She was exceptional!!
