- JAJohn Andrews4 days ago1.0I would give zero stars if that were an option. I rented a vehicle from the Baronne Street location in New Orleans with a Wednesday return. We even received a text reminder earlier in the day to return the vehicle by 6pm. We arrived at the rental facility at 5pm and the entry gate was closed and locked. We tried calling the location to no avail. The lobby door was locked even though all the signs stated they were open M-F until 6pm. I called the Enterprise national phone number and they told me that location was closed on Wednesday contrary to all the signage indicating they were open. I was never advised of this at the time I rented the vehicle or when I picked it up, yet they obviously knew I would be returning the car on Wednesday. We were told to return it to another location that was considerably further from where we were staying. I told them I never would have rented the vehicle from Enterprise had I known I couldn't return the car where I rented it. It was a major inconvenience and we nearly missed our dinner reservation as a result of the delays. I'm stunned Enterprise has so little regard for their customers. I won't be using them again.
