My mother, who is older, recently rented a vehicle there and Santee went above and beyond to make the process smooth and comfortable for her. He was patient, kind and attentive, taking the time to clearly explain everything and answer all her questions. When she mentioned that she isn’t very tech-savvy, he was understanding and reassuring, never making her feel less than , uncomfortable or rushed. He was just so polite, his smile put her at ease and he didn’t get frustrated when she asked the same questions. Santee even walked her around the car, carefully pointing out details such as a small crack on the door so she wouldn’t worry about being charged for it later. He made sure she had all the necessary information and documents before leaving to ensure that it was kept in the car because he was aware the email was out of the question! It’s rare to encounter someone who provides this level of care and professionalism. Thank you, Santee, for your outstanding service and compassion
