  The service and professionalism was excellent! Daniel did a great job in facilitating my needs and went the extra mile. I am very grateful. I always choose Enterprise for this reason.

  This location rarely has enough staff or vehicles available even with a reservation. You cannot count on them being able to pick you up or drop you off.

  While staff was very nice unfortunately I was renting while flights had been reduced so very limited on vehicles (at all car rentals so not just a problem with enterprise) so was stuck with a vehicle that didn't allow me to carry and use my electric travel wheelchair. But multiple times I have found them very limited on hatchbacks .. I have to pay extra to get suv, even compact suvs, to be able to carry wheelchair that folds down to 37"×23"×15" since there were no hatchbacks available.. last sedan it took two people and a lot of maneuvering to get it into trunk.

  I have literally never had a bad experience in this location & I rent from here maybe about once a month. When they're not busy, they get me in and out even when I haven't done what I need to on my end with my rez & when they are busy they remain kind and patient & still manage to be efficient. The manager Daniel is fair and I have to imagine that with such a great team he is showing as a great leader. Ayriah assisted me both at drop off and pick up and even though I came right before close on a Friday handled my needs with a smile. I didn't feel rushed even though im certain she was ready to leave for the day. My pick ups and drop offs have always been professional & even when being picked up by a man Ive never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. I live close to this location so its convenient to me, but even if I move to another part of the city as long as Daniel's here ill likely still use this location. I want to add this. My job uses Enterprise locations all over the country so I speak to Enterprise employees fairly often... literally all over the country, and even in a professional capacity, not as a customer i am hard pressed to find a location that is as customer service forward as the Carrollton/Uptown location. So many times we as customers make sure we highlight negative experiences, so I really want to make a point of highlighting CONSISTENT positive interactions at the Uptown Enterprise location. Daniel & his team are doing a PHENOMENAL job. Keep up the amazing work!!!!!!

  Update (12/12/25): It has now been over six weeks since my appeal was submitted. I was advised to expect an update within two weeks; however, I am still awaiting a final determination. I’ve been told the delay is due to this location not having shared the damage invoice with corporate. I also have not received any invoice to review or dispute, and my $300 deposit has not yet been refunded. ** Oct. 2025: This was my first experience renting from the Enterprise Uptown New Orleans location. Attendants were kind and polite. Unfortunately, the vehicle I received was already in below average condition — including a cigarette burn in the seat, a strong smoke odor, and heavily streaked windows that I had to clean myself. Given this context, I was disappointed to learn my deposit had been withheld for what appeared to be two dime sized dents on the roof of the car not caused by me. I would be genuinely surprised if this “damage” were ever repaired—or if the cost truly matches my full $300 deposit. But I suppose that’s corporate policy for you. I’m currently in the process of appealing the charge (for which I was provided no instruction on how to do so, even though I asked). As a long-time Emerald Club member, this has been my first poor experience, and it’s enough that I won’t be renting from this location again. Advice to others: take photos and videos of the car before leaving the lot. I wish I had done so, and will definitely make it a habit when renting from other companies or locations going forward.
