- DMdrew maloneeNov 7, 20251.0auto zone as a whole is no good. 90% of their staff knows nothing about automobile so they have no clue about the parts they are grabbing, so you think they would make it up in retail skills, but no they have no clue there either and I’m talking about a grey shirt person so it’s the manager that doesn’t even understand a auto zone exchange for a part. and duralast parts are the worst out of the competitors brand parts.
