  Alexa and K went above and beyond to help me sort out my headlight issue. I complicated things a little bit but they were patient and spent the better part of an hour with me. Thanks so much. It’s great to have friendly and attentive auto service right around the corner. Thanks

  This store has great customer service! Alexis helped me change all three wipers on my car. She was extremely kind and helpful. I’ll be back.

  U guys suck now ever time I go into one of your stores 80% of the time I leave out with nothing I was at The store on North Broad in New Orleans, Louisiana. Customer service was horrible. The young lady didn’t know anything So I went down the street to advance auto parts to get my part and I used to like to stop at AutoZone yeah I know it was just a starter fuse, but it was key at the moment.

  Do not use same day shipping. They cancelled an entire order because they didn't have one piece. Now I have to wait for the refund to process to fix my car. I tried talking to someone there , they just said, that sucks. I do not understand why they couldnt just ship the one missing part at a different time.

  Update: On Wednesday morning 12/31, I was contacted by the store Manager Freddie about the problem I had on 12/20 and I went back to the store on this morning Friday 01/02/2026 to show him my receipt and the in store flyer with the sale price, then he refunded me the amount I was overcharged. I was thankful how quickly this problem was resolved. Thanks Again! Usually I haven’t had any problems in the past when I went to this location but on Saturday 12/20 I was overcharged for the Mobil 1 oil special that I went to buy and after realizing the mistake, I went back inside of the store telling the male employee (I don’t remember his name, but I remember his face) who acted as if he didn’t know what was the problem although I showed him on my receipt that he overcharged me and also the in store flyer with the sale price which was $41.99, but he still did not correct his mistake. Next he went get the other male employee (I don’t remember his name either) who was suppose to be the Manager to come talk to me, but he also acted as if he didn’t understand what was the problem after I also showed him my receipt and the in store flyer with the sale price . Of course I was not happy, because I don’t have extra money to just give away and especially not to Auto Zone. I was going to get a refund and go to another Auto Zone store to purchase the Mobil 1 oil special at the actual sale price which was the reason I went to Auto Zone instead of another Auto Parts store, but the Mechanic who was doing the oil change on my car said he couldn’t wait for me to go to another Auto Zone, because he had something else to do that afternoon, so I could not refund the items.
