- HNHarrison NeddDec 14, 20255.0This is a great location and when i visited it was an all female staff and those ladies where ON IT… from the time i entered the door i received “Hello Good Morning” from all three ladies working and it made a difference… I work in customer service so its a habit to look for those things… I heard the manager going over her opening check list such okay bathrooms are clean aisle are straight and stocked… I love thattt and the lady that hands on helped me was so attentive she saw me looking for my item and came over to assist… I can’t remember her name but she’s a seasoned lady with long dred locks… my visit was pleasant

She managed to handle a rush of customers (all of us asking for batteries, lol) somehow juggling all of us and ensuring nobody was waiting. Idk how she did it. She helped me replace my battery and was kind and empathetic to me being embarrassed throughout. She also mitigated an argument in the parking lot whilst replacing my battery - just by being a good human being and talking to folks. She was encouraging, hilarious, patient and just overall a great human being! Cannot sing her praises enough - I’ll be coming back to this autozone for her.
