  Ms Alexis V., thank you so much for your time. Quickly helped out switching a difficult battery early in the morning. Still took the extra steps and was super efficient, even double checked warranties. I really appreciate the help and done with pure professionalism.

  This AutoZone was clean and the people were welcoming. They had snacks right up front at checkout, along with super adorable ducks. The drinks were tucked off to the side though, hard to see or notice. As many retail stores are today, they were short staffed. But the gentlemen that worked there were doing their best to help everyone. I came in needing a new battery. Mine had expired after a valient 4ish years of service and had gone out with a bang. Literally, I was rear ended on the highway and the battery died while we waited 3+ hours for the cops to come write the report 🙄. Unfortunately the store only had the more expensive replacement, but maybe it will last longer? The sweetheart of a customer service worker, Christian I'm pretty sure his name was (I'm horrible with names please forgive me if this is wrong), offered to buy me a drink and my Reece's dinner when it all spilled out about the afternoon and that I was headed to the ED. Then he came out and went to battle with my battery. And a battle it was. The bolts had corroded and were ashy so they were stuck on the case. But he managed. While he was out there he took the time to check on the ladies with the car next to me who he had helped inside. Their car had just been tested and apparently their alternator was bad. So they were waiting for a ride. Overall I'd recommend this store. Christian went above and beyond helping get my old battery out and the new battery in. Then double checked to make sure everything ran. I covered his face and his ink as I wasn't sure if he'd want to be blasted all over Google, even for good work.

  Damon the manager was great. I came in frustrated even being unintentionally rude. Damon kept his composure and helped me to the best of his ability despite my attitude. The customer service was impeccable and I left satisfied. I am so grateful for Damon the manager he’s such an asset to this location.

  Alexa and K went above and beyond to help me sort out my headlight issue. I complicated things a little bit but they were patient and spent the better part of an hour with me. Thanks so much. It’s great to have friendly and attentive auto service right around the corner. Thanks

  This store has great customer service! Alexis helped me change all three wipers on my car. She was extremely kind and helpful. I’ll be back.
