- CSChris Sandoz3 days ago5.0Lorraine Heacock was very understanding with our needs looking for a newer truck. She went above and beyond on helping us looking for different trucks for our options. Once we found the truck we liked, she took her time explaining. She was very polite, treated me and my wife completely and comfortable while the process was going on. Made us feel like family. Also explained how the process went. Once we were approved, we came back next day to pick up our 2022 Ford F150 Lariat, she went over everything with us about the truck once again since everything was so over whelimg explaining how everything works. Took her time. In our books she did an amazing and awesome job. We definitely will be telling our friends and family about Lorraine Heacock and your great team at Arceneaux Ford in New Iberia, La. Very happy to belong to the ford family. Now my wife has a 2017 Ford Explorer and i have a 2022 Ford F150 Lariat. Very happy family Chris and Tameca Sandoz
