  I went in for a vehicle inspection and was turned away due to my windshield eyebrow tint on my 2025 vehicle. The inspector declined to issue a sticker without measuring or even checking the factory AS-1 mark that indicates the legal limit. When I explained that the tint was professionally installed and stops at the factory mark, I was told the law had changed last year. After reviewing current Louisiana tint laws, I found that the recent change only applies to front side windows and not the windshield eyebrow limit. I was disappointed that the inspection was refused without verification. I would have appreciated a proper assessment before being turned away. I have been a repeat customer for over 20 years for oil changes, inspection stickers, and a variety of services. This was my first time returning with this vehicle, which I purchased last year, and the experience was disappointing compared to the service I’ve received in the past.

  My daughter got her oil changed Dec. 13, 2025. Right at 3 months her engine started making a noise and I told her to park it. It took me two weeks to get up there, and the first thing we did was check the oil. She had less than a quart of oil and it was black! No leaks. We changed the oil and it’s been over a month. Oil is still clean and holding the correct amount. We’ve driven 1000 miles and it’s still not missing oil. I don’t know what employees you have at this location, but someone messed up big time. I’m glad we knew to not move that car bc it would have blown her engine!

  I recieved the best service when i went to get my oil changed. Daniel and Marshall were a huge help by recommending and explaining what also had to be done immediately to fix a bigger problem. I greatly appreciated their time, knowledge and patience in getting my services done and at the best possible pricing as well. Most definitely will use them for all my future needs.
