  Called enterprise and asked if I could pick up my rental a day early and thr customer service said that the inventory looked good so my reservation was adjusted. I showed up and the 1309 N 18th st location said that they did not have anything available. I showed up the next day and for my original appointment and they were not ready. I had to wait and then they gave me a KIA Soul. Terrible service and Enterprise need to get this location under control.

  Made a reservation here and they did not have the vehicle I reserved. They gave me a ride to the West Monroe location after telling me that location had a vehicle that would suit my needs. It took 30 minutes to get there in heavy traffic and after I got dropped off I went inside and was told there was nothing there for me either. Extremely frustrating. Still don't have a car. Why would they take a reservation when they have no intention of honoring it?

  Not certain if they really want me to leave this review or not. I've rented from enterprise for the past 10 plus years. This last rental smelled like cigarettes smoke so bad had to go out and buy air freshener to kill the smell. Need to hold these renters to the dang no smoking policy .

  Very bad experience !! Car was not detailed properly prior to it being issued to me . Days after driving the car I came across a controlled substance and another foreign substance that was identified as Meth on the driver door console ..
